FPL (Fortran Processing Library) is a library designed to facilitate the reading, writing and processing of data in the netCDF format using the Fortran 90 programming language. FPL reads and writes data up to 4 dimensions in a very simpler way (such as NCL - NCAR Command Language) using dynamic data structures and dynamic modules.
